Availability:

Every item not marked “OUT OF STOCK” on our site was in stock last night and will ship with in 2 business days of your order being placed. Items can go out of stock between daily updates and if that happens, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival for your approval before charging your card.

Out of Stock:

This is included in the item description of those items that are not currently in stock. These items do not show up unless you search for a specific item and it happens to be out of stock. You can still order these products by calling or e-mailing the store. That way we can give you an estimated time of arrival.

Returns:

Email or phone us to recieve an (RA) return authorization. After receiving an (RA) return authorization we must receive the merchandise in the original box in new, sellable condition with all papers to include any warranty papers. Any defects in workmanship should be addressed directly to the manufacturer in most cases. We can provide any contact information you need for any manufacturer. Non-defective merchandise returned to Grommet Collectibles/Fireblood Arms for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The consumer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are not refunded. Product damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipper.
